Better than Da Bird Stuffing
This is my Dad’s Turkey stuffing. In two words it’s a gut bomb but the very best you’ll ever experience. If you are looking to impress this Christmas with something rich and wild give this a whirl.
2 onions
2 slices of bacon
Turkey giblets PLUS the liver
2 fine slices of steak
2 slices of ham
Lotsa butter
White death sliced bread
spices,whatever you fancy
1/2 cup brandy
1 tablespoon baking soda.
Chop onions, bacon, ham, giblets, liver and steak as fine as possible. Kneed it all together until it looks like mince. Next dampen bread and kneed into the mince, add butter, baking soda and brandy until it's soft & moist then roll into a giant meatball. Stuff into the neck and kyber pass. Sew it up, wrap bacon around the turkey then wrap in greaseproof paper, lined with butter. Tie it nice & tight so all the juices stay inside. Enjoy. Merry Christmas.....................It’s even better cold :)
