Sissy's Curried Spinach Salad.

Dressing:
1/2 c white wine vinegar
2/3 c olive oil
1 tbsp finely chopped Grey's chutney
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp curry powder
1 tsp salt
dash of hot sauce
You'll have dressing leftover for leftovers.

Salad--amts depend on the size of your party:
Spinach
raisins
spanish peanuts (salty w/skins)
chopped green onion
red delicious apple cut in chunks (it has to be red delicious, works beautifully w/the dressing)
