Soldiers and Eggs


Eggs
Blanched asparagus (Or toast sliced into fingers)
Butter
Salt and pepper

Boil a pot of water.  Add the eggs and boil for four minutes.  Put the egg in an egg cup and slice off the top.  Sprinkle on some salt and pepper then dip the soldiers (asparagus) in to the yolk.  mmmmm.   Spoon out the egg white. mmmmmmm. Have another. mmmmmm.  Or make toast soldiers.
