A few years back I tried the Paleo way of eating to reduce inflammation from arthritis. Not only did it work it really clears your head and I stopped waking up puffy in the mornings. Most of the recipes on here are very easily adapted. Just cut out the breads, grains, and pasta. Eat grass fed meats, wild caught fresh fish and organic fruits and veg. If you are worried about not getting enough carbs roast up some sweet potato, squash or pumpkin smothered with olive oil, cumin, salt and pepper. Bacon is good! Just make sure you are eating tons of veg and not too much meat and you'll be right.
