Make a Date Icecream

This is a post from an Imp. One that should be in bed but one who wants to  learn about websites.  Plus he loves his Date Ice Cream.  If you do not have a Vita mix you’re up the creek with this one.  Toss the following in a Vita mix keeping that black thing you ram into the top handy.  

About a half cup of milk or coconut milk
Nutmeg
Vanilla essence
3 or 4 dates
Almost a tray of ice.

Turn on full tilt and use the black thingy to push the ice into the blade.
