Just Peachy Salad

I read about nectarines as a garnish for corn salad this afternoon.  Sounded a bit odd to me but with corn and peaches on hand I decided to experiment.  And if I do say so myself this salad ROCKS.  It would go swell with anything grilled especially seafood.  

Corn cooked and cut off cob
Cherry tomatoes halved
A couple of peaches chopped
Lemon juice
Olive oil
Cayenne pepper

Mix the corn, tomato and peaches in a bowl.  Shake up a dressing with a few glugs of olive oil, the juice of a lemon and a sprinkle of cayenne.  Pour over salad and stir.  So simple but spicy good.
