Finger Lickin' Legs. Indian Spiced Chicken.
Mix everything below in a large zip-lock bag including chicken. Use your favorite cut. I like whole legs. Refrigerate until you’re ready to cook. Serve with greens and rice or lemon quinoa.
4 whole chicken legs
1 tablespoon of cornstarch
1 cup of plain yogurt
1 tablespoons of chili paste
1/2 a cup of chopped mint
1 tablespoon of cumin
Salt and pepper
...if you don’t have the spices above try curry powder or just cumin and ginger...
Bake at 400 degrees for 40 min or until the juice runs clear when you cut into the chicken. It’s even better on the grill.
