Katy keeps the Saucy Apron alive to archive years of family recipes. She is determined to teach her children the values and joy of hunting, gathering and preparing meals together. Although she lives in the US Katy keeps one foot in New Zealand at all times. Her adventurous spirit goes well beyond cooking. In 2017 her and a kiwi friend entered the REBELLE RALLY. An all female, Navigational road rally in the US.
