I have a friend. Her husband is a baker. His bread is the best bread I’ve ever had. I went to the bakery ages ago to try some straight from the oven and I am still raving about it. Therefore, when I’m lucky enough to score some I’m quite particular about using EVERY SINGLE last crumb. Tonight unwilling to throw away a chunk of olive bread so stale I could have broken a window with it , I happened upon a fantastic chicken dish. Bare with me. I tossed the bread into the food processor. Now armed with the most delicious olive crumbs I filled a ziplock bag and tossed in some chicken bits. My very own shake and bake. Eat your heart out Ronald Mc. Next time I might get really zippy and add some parmesan. Chicken licken good and so easy I m not bothering to write a recipe below. So there.
