This is an old y but a goodie. And since the Saucy Survivor Fairy sprinkled fairy dust today we have asparagus. The challenge is almost over, the cupboards are looking bare but I think we’ll make it. And wait till you see the new bowls a bought in lieu of a trip to the market ;)
Eggs
Blanched asparagus (Or toast sliced into fingers)
Butter
Salt and pepper
Boil a pot of water. Add the eggs and boil for four minutes. Put the egg in an egg cup and slice off the top. Sprinkle on some salt and pepper then dip the soldiers (asparagus) in to the yolk. mmmmm. Spoon out the egg white. mmmmmmm. Have another. mmmmmm.
